By downloading, installing, or using Vytalio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of service

Vytalio is a wellness tracking application that analyzes health data from your Apple Watch and iPhone to provide insights about your energy, sleep, and stress levels.

Health disclaimer. Vytalio is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health.

3. Data collection

Vytalio accesses health data from Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission, including heart rate, sleep analysis, and activity data. All processing occurs on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. User responsibilities

Use the app only for its intended purpose
Provide accurate information
Not attempt to reverse engineer the app
Comply with all applicable laws

5. Subscriptions

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscription plans billed via your Apple ID. Renewal terms are shown before purchase, and you may manage or cancel anytime through App Store account settings.

6. Intellectual property

The app and all content are owned by Vytalio and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of liability

Vytalio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
